I took my vehicle for minor body repairs and a loud screeching noise. There was no communication between themselves, the adjuster. I had to constantly call the collision center and relay messages to adjuster. The effort they put in was sending an email and waiting for me to get the ball rolling day after day. These folks were very nice, professional, and seemed like they'd do a good job on my vehicle. The assessor spent a long time looking for parts that were damaged on my truck and spent his time examining the damaged portions of my truck. I left with a written estimate which, i truly appreciated. In due course i will select them to do the bodywork necessary to fix the injured area i received when i was rear ended.
