Over Charged; refused to give key back; Very Disappointed We hired Sunrise because we were looking for a cleaning company to come in and do regular cleaning of our facility which is a fairly large two story building with several offices, restrooms employee areas and many other rooms designated for company and client use and to store our merchandise and equipment. Great Job Sunrise Cleaning service did a great job. They arrived on time and were finished in the time allotted. They were very thorough. The products they use are all natural and smell really good, so it is like aromatherapy while they are cleaning. The owner followed up to make sure I was happy with the job. Job well done! I found Sunrise Cleaning Service to be very professional and customer service oriented, much more than any other agency I have experienced. Unfortunately, the "timeliness" issue was out of their control due to employees MIA; nevertheless, timing was a big issue in my situation. I was very happy with the results and value of job that was done, despite the timing issue, and would definitely recommend this service to others."

Difficult Job with Ease "Tracy helped me handle a difficult, deep-cleaning project with great sensitivity and timeliness. She also was able to refer me to several wonderful other service providers in the area for other projects on the house. She took great care to make sure that the job was accomplished with as little disturbance to the owner as possible and that the job was well done. I very much appreciated her personal attention to the matter at hand and would work with her again without hesitation."
