I'm shocked was some good reviews. Must be family & friends of company to make them look better! My mom was highly taken advantage of in workmanship. 3 visits ( plus 2 no shows) to get the screws put in through gutters. After was done a area would sag. She called them back & guy said was overlooked & he'd screw them in. Then I came to visit her ( I live out of state) & saw another area sagging. This company and/or it's crews have no regard for the safety of the neighbors by not properly securing debris at the construction site prior to a hurricane. Cinder blocks holding a tarp down on the roof (cinder blocks are not secured, should've used sandbags) Construction trash (tarps, empty barrels, etc) left laying around the yard Scaffolding still setup and not secured Honey pot just sitting in the front yard, unsecured Would only recommend them if you're looking for a liability.
Sunrise City Roofing does the job the right way the first time. We've used them for rental properties with roof and gutter damages. I did not need to call them back every time it rains, like my old roofer. I just call with an address explaining the problem and alert the tenants about the work being done. They have convenient payment methods, pleasant and knowledgeable customer service...fast repairs, which eases my stress level. I highly recommend Sunrise City.
