I clock out great customer service! We got taken to a room pretty early my son (not the patient) said he was hungry and they immediately got him something to eat. I thought that was very kind of them. Their nurse leader Robin is a great help!!
Best hospital ever… I have 6 kids and they All been seen here when they need medical attention … today was my youngest baby’s turn he is 5 months and had an allergic reaction to Tomatoes… the nurses that checked us in were fast taking his vitals super professional and friendly … Robin is the nurse that walked us to our room she was amazing I loved her energy and she made sure we were comfortable and offered us drinks and some food while we waited for Dr Rodman and hands down she was amazing very sweet while she checked my ba... read more
We left Sunrise Children’s Hospital NICU on a Friday! And Monday we were back at the Sunrise Children’s Hospital Pediatric ER. When you have a newborn—especially a newborn who has already spent her first 10 days in the NICU—you learn very quickly that pride has no place in parenting.
