An absolutely unacceptable and disappointing experience. I arrived at the emergency room at 7:00 p.m. with my baby, and at 11:00 p.m. I had not yet been treated by a doctor. Four hours of waiting with a small child in an emergency room is simply outrageous. During all that time they did not perform any type of analysis, test or additional medical evaluation. Our experience here was absolutely amazing. My daughter was sick with respiratory issues and Tom took great care of her. Our nurses Jaselle and Allison had excellent bedside manner and made my girl feel very comfortable. The medical provider Dr. Vergara took the time to educate us with her diagnosis and was very helpful and kind. Thank you so much
We had such a positive experience in the PEDS ER. Haley, RN was incredibly kind, calm, and so reassuring while my daughter was getting stitches . Robin, the nurse leader, was also amazing. We’re so grateful for the excellent care our daughter received!
