I have had a great experience with Sunrise Builders. If you are looking to buy a home or have a home custom built to your requirements, I would highly recommend this company. Just F. Y. I., they primarily operate in areas south of Atlanta, but the homes are gorgeous!
LAKEVIEW COMMONS- The most annoying thing has been the floors, which were never installed properly. Loud squeaking and popping that only got worse over time. The owner accused me of lying and being misleading about how the process of getting it fixed went, as if he or his rude VP ever took the time to call or come by to actually see what was going on with the floors. Nice to know you can get custom built homes just how you like it. Just know you'll have to climb stairs if you're meeting at the office.
