I recently survived 3 years in this house, and if I could go back, I would absolutely never buy a home with Sunrise Builders. The first red flag was an added fee at closing, and the VP of sales being nonchalant as if it was no big deal. I am a proud Army Veteran, who deployed 3 times during OEF/OIF; so when I bought this house, I wanted nothing more than a safe place to call home and peace. Robert didn't just finish the job; he ensured every small detail was perfect before he left. If you want someone who treats your home like their own, hire ROBERT!
I have had a great experience with Sunrise Builders. If you are looking to buy a home or have a home custom built to your requirements, I would highly recommend this company. Just F. Y. I., they primarily operate in areas south of Atlanta, but the homes are gorgeous!
