I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received from Jim Keras. A $200 fee was charged to diagnose my car over the course of a week, but the issue was not resolved. Additionally, Vence's remark came across as dismissive, leading to a heated exchange. I am unhappy with the service and will not be bringing my car back to the shop.Yes Vence I cussed at you he told me put in this review 🤣

Jim Keras Buick GMC & Vince Ramirez did a great job for us. We needed an urgent fix on our thermostat system in our 2021 GMC Acadia, and were able to easily make an appointment, get the car checked in, and stay in touch while the car was in service. It was a good experience, Vince did a good job communicating and keeping us informed. I recommend them to anyone looking for a quality and pleasing service experience.
