I just called and was on hold and spoke to 3 different people who each time asked me what my name was and what my pet's name was, went through the sh-peel with three different people. They obviously don't communicate there! When I called earlier this morning they said they were going to forward my prescription to the Dr. for review. It wasn't until the 4th person I spoke to told me the Dr. wasn't in and the earliest I could get the medicine is Monday. Wow, you couldn't tell me that to begin with. Always treated my pets well. New owner and staff have the same care and concern. Thank you for caring for them as if they wrre your own.
I can't tell you how warm and caring this place is! They make it fun for you and your baby if it's possible and if it's a sad visit they help you through it with such grace.....I can't thank you guys enough for being there for our family...:not just the fur babies but for us as well 💖
So perfect love to everyone they take their time with your pets. They listen and then explain to you what they think is happening. Please keep the home feeling and don't ever go clinical on us. Love you all
Our vets forever - wouldn't want our Frenchie's under any other veterinarians office/staff again! Had to take our Stitch to two different veteranarians since he joined our family, one before Dr Fastigi and kne when an ufgent appt was needed but the drs were booked and no availability - never again, we're spoiled by their excellent bedside manner and nobody can come close. Customers for life!
I have sat next to Dr. Bill on the floor as he tells me about what is going on with my furry children....he goes out of his way to get you to understand what is going on inside your pet.... I have never known another Vet like him...
They are all wonderful people. Wouldn't go anywhere else unless I was out of state.
