Avoid this place if you can! Horrible company that just likes to takes peoples money. They increase the rent every year with no changes or improvements. They charge unnecessary fees and any chance they can they will take your money. The communication between its residents is terrible. We did not provide them with an updated renters policy (which we had) they threatened us with a letter to evict. Why not just contact the person for an updated policy? That is just one example.
