They're predatory and discriminatory towards tenants. Everything breaks fast and if you want appliances that work, it will cost you $200 month extra on top of their high rates and increasing yearly by 13% minimally. Management is rude and borderline sleezy if you fall a little behind, and they will throw you down a hole in financial ruin rather than work with you to catch up. 1 month late and you're evicted and what would be a 2,000 catch up turns into 8,000 in fees.
Kimberly in the leasing office is by far one of the best human beings my boyfriend and I have ever met! During a very stressful time for both him and I family wise, we ended up losing my co-signer and did not know if we would have the funds to qualify since my boyfriend had just started his new job and we did not have his paychecks yet. I love it here, the staff is super nice and always willing to help. The maintenance staff are quick to respond and again very kind. And the property manager Ashley is amazing and was more then happy to help me with an issue I was having. It was resolved right away. 5 stars all the way! Thank you guys!
