Unhappy and leaving Sunrise Bank of Arizona formerly Mesa Bank will no longer have my business. Before Sunrise took over I was more than happy with my banking service but after today I will be finding a new place to take care of my finances. All the good staff has been replaced and their practices are dishonest. If you are not carefully watching your account things could get messy. Don't bank with Sunrise and if you do get out!
Personal Service I love Mesa Bank. Most banks are big & impersonal. They no more understand my financial needs, than know my name. Mesa Bank is different. Every time I walk in the door, I am greeted by name. I never have to wait more than two minutes for service. The staff are so pleasant.
