The reason I say "company" in quotes is because this is a one-man operation (with an expired business license from the year 2000), who uses an assistant who invests all of her time in her own photography business instead of worrying about customer satisfaction when it comes to the ballooning business. Temecula - Skip the burnt desert & subpar wine. – I'd beware of a company who posts FAKE reviews. Temecula wine tasting is expensive, over-rated, and subpar at best. Temecula is a desert and taking a balloon ride over burnt dirt isn't worth anyone's money. Instead, visit somewhere actually nice.
SUNRISE BALLOONS PUTS SAFETY ABOVE ALL ELSE, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! – I had planned on surprising my wife for our 3rd year Wedding Anniversary with a Romantic Balloon ride in Temecula Wine Country. When we arrived at our launching location at La Cereza Winery at 6AM my wife was shocked to see the banner hanging from the Hot Air balloon basket honoring our special day. Awesome time with some Wine! – These guys really do a nice job of taking care of you for a weekend getaway or just a day trip. My wife and I live in Los Angeles and looked into going to Temecula to do some wine tasting. We came across Sunrise Balloons and decided to give them a call. They took care of everything and had free wine tastings already set up for us at several of the wineries in the region. They even took care of a place to stay.
