Dishonest sales leading to an overall bad experience. To keep it short my vehicle had many issues that, of course, came to light right after I bought it and the response from Sunrise...go to HELL not our problem. What kind of service is that? Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.

My husband and I have bought 3 trucks from them. I traded in one of them for a bigger truck. Customer service was great. They greet you with a smile and there mechanic is nice also. They look at my vehicles and tell me what is wrong and fix it, if it is something they didn't catch, or offer me a discount. Like if I go get what is needed they will put it in for me. My sunroof leaked, something you wouldn't know unless it rained and you were driving, they fixed that no problem. I have had great experiences there and refer them... read more

Ran by David and Aaron Babcock. Worst customer service I have experienced in my entire life. Bought a vehicle that had leaking fuel return lines which ended up corroding the starter. When I go to make my first payment the address on the invoice was wrong, causing me a 30 dollar cancel check charge. The way David Babcock addressed his late "money" was insulting and incompetent.
