RecommendedI live a long way from my Mom so I can't visit regularly. I came to Tulsa and checked out almost every facility in the area. I was looking for a place that would make me feel absolutely secure that she would be safe and well-cared for. The Linden was a clear winner and 2 years later I can say their amazing team has never disappointed. Highly recommended!
RecommendedEverything! the food is delicious, the staff is first class - very loving and attentive, something that trickles down from the Director and all the way down the line. It's super clean, they have fun activities. Our parents are happy and that speaks volumes.
What steps are being taken to protect the residents? We were just told by an employee "since coronavirus can only be transmitted by a sneeze or cough, we don't need to wear masks." Please, PLEASE tell me that there is someone in charge there that is keeping up to date on COVID-19 and taking common sense steps to protect those in their care!
RecommendedDuring this unusual and frightening time, The Linden at Stonehaven Square has been incredibly proactive. My loved one feels safe and cared for. The steps they made early in the pandemic have helped to curb the illness. As much as I miss seeing my loved one, I know that the staff is working to keep everyone comfortable and healthy. Thank you for your constant and consistent protocols to keep everyone safe.
If you want your loved one to receive care with dignity, it’s not at this place. If you want your loved one to have their call bell answered within a reasonable amount of time and not ignored for hours, then it’s not at this place. If you want your loved one to receive medications on time, it’s not at this place. If you want your loved one to be put to bed and not left in a chair to sleep overnight, it’s not at this place. If you’re looking for staff who care, it’s not at this place. Keep looking.
Place is a joke! I’d never put anyone I cared about or even my worst enemy in this place
