Update after 3 months: there were some issues immediately after we moved such as things that are not fixed and need to be repaired. Also, the unit wasn’t professionally cleaned, we ended up paying for someone to help us in cleaning the unit. If you need maintenance, they probably will ignore you for a while and tell you it is not urgent. They may also claim stopping by your unit, even if they didn’t show up.
