I have lived in Sunrise for nearly 6 years. I was here one year before the renovation. The renovations was very nice. Dish washer, nice stove, nice refrigerator, nice cupboard, plenty of cabinet space, could use some more counter space for sure, nice bathroom and a bathroom storage closet, roomy bedroom closets, ceiling fans through out, central air and heat, washer and dryer placement, a pĺace for a small freezer, nice front patio with brick separation, and Profesional yard maintenance every two weeks.
