Have lived here for 6 months now, the staff is amazing! So kind and helpful! The pool is great. Traffic isint great on 24 coming or going, but its worth it when you consider how nice the complex is and how tentative the staff is. And the price is affordable in comparison to many other Nashville appartment that simply aren't as nice as these for the same price. Plus, there's lots of space, and parking! I love living here and so grateful I found this spot!

Absolutely amazing staff and community. I would definitely recommend the Sunrise Apartments to anyone in the area looking for a new living space. The community manager Emily is very kind and welcoming, she always helps with any issues or questions that may arise.
So glad and relieved I no longer live with criminals! This place rents to recently released convict thru the Man of Valor program, although I don't mind giving people second chances,what i do not like and can't respect is the lack of transparency in not letting prospective and current tenants know that they are now living inside their gate with criminals, because it is not enough having to deal with the prostitutes and drug users on the corner with linbar at the mapco location within 100ft of their gate.
