**DO NOT RENT HERE** The landlord never communicates back you with about anything! When I first moved I had my lights turned on but I didn’t have power because the landlord did not turn the switch on. The washer and dryer machine barely work. Also, when I moved out at the end of April he never turned off the automatic rent charges and he still charges me for May $682 and June! He also has not returned my $400 deposit. The landlord is horrible. Had a hole in our ceiling with a leak for a year without him fixing it. When you try to reach him he is never available for when you need him. Had German cockroaches and talked to other residents who also have the same bugs. There is a foul smell when entering a unit that I would assume is some sort of mold. If you go to look at these apartments talk to the people that still live there. They will say the same thing.
