Be careful when considering this location. The maintenance employee over caulked the toilet in our hallway bathroom. At some point during our time renting from sunrise, a leak occurred under the toilet due to a blown out wax ring. Unfortunately we were completely unaware due to the amount of caulking and subsequently the water had no where else to go and went into the subfloor. Very quiet place to live. Very strict on expectations. Don't plan on getting part if your deposit back. I cleaned mine extremely well, with washing down walls and baseboards, and was still charged for a cleaning charge. I was told that my apt was the cleanest they ever gotten back and was still charged. Might as well leave it dirty for cleaners to do it instead of spending time to do it yourself.
