Very quiet place to live. Very strict on expectations. Don't plan on getting part if your deposit back. I cleaned mine extremely well, with washing down walls and baseboards, and was still charged for a cleaning charge. I was told that my apt was the cleanest they ever gotten back and was still charged. Might as well leave it dirty for cleaners to do it instead of spending time to do it yourself.
