RecommendedI’ve lived at Sunridge Terrace Apt.’s for about 18 months. I can’t say enough good things about the management. You ask for something, and it gets done. . . Almost immediately! I took in a broken vertical blind last week and I didn’t even make it back to my apt. before the maintenance man was there to install a new one. And he always takes his shoes off before entering. My kids and I really like it here! Very comfortable inside, and great grounds for walking and playing outside!
This is by far the worst place I’ve ever lived. Mainly because of the management team. They practice predatory towing and predatory parking fines. BY LAW THEY MUST POST INFO RE: TOWING CO. (No sign here for 9 mos!) You’re only allowed two parking spots so if you buy a new car and your car is parked in front of your garage, and u park in guest parking while you’re trying to move the cars around, u get. $50-250 fine.
