The landscaping is not kept up and the pet areas are full of dog poop on a regular basis. Some pet areas smell of urine, and pets urinate on the walkways and breeze-ways due to no grass in growing in the court yards. It is not a clean area for pets to walk in due to lack of grass in the court yard. The fireplace stop working in February for my area, and it never cleared inspection for use to date 7-18-2019.
STAY AWAY FROM ANY SUNRIDGE MANAGEMENT PROPERTIES!!!! I recently moved to Texas back in April and the apartment I moved in La Madera through sunridge management has been a NIGHTMARE!! It has not been in livable conditions AND they false advertised the photos of the property!! ROACH INFESTED!! My 14 month old got bit by a bug after numerous attempts to get proper pest control in the unit.
