Was good enough for the first few years we lived here (2018-2022)but it went downhill fast. They covered up the community pool. During a rainstorm, our roof collapsed in one of our kids room. We reported it to them multiple times and they wouldn't refused to fix it. Our basement flooded up to waist level from a broken valve in our wash room and we had to pay for it to be fixed. This is a disaster of a management company.
If you want to pay for nothing move in! If you want extremely poor conditions move in... Hell previous tenants still have keys to their old units they use to live in from year ago..move in. No updates no change no nothing. If you have no where to go move in
