If you can help it don’t move here. Ridiculous, unprofessional untrustworthy management team. I even seen the lady at the front desk laughing when a tenant stated that her car was broken into. This is As of 6/01/25 so don’t let them say it’s under new management. The management team do not know what they are doing and try to hide it with rudeness. I don’t know if it’s just hard to find good employees or they just don’t pay enough.
It is strongly advised that potential tenants reconsider relocating to this property. The new owners have consistently demonstrated a lack of regard for tenants' concerns, frequently altered property management, and disregarded tenant concerns. I love it here. Mary is the best manager we have ever had. The management before her were terrible but now that Mary is here, I wouldn’t have it any other way. We love Mary.
Hallways are dirty new carpet is needed it depends on what building you live in. You have to wait to get anything fixed. The hallways need a paint job. It's depressing walking into the building it used to be so beautiful. Now it's not to many owners have had it they let anyone move there now. And people just don't care like they used to. Well here is my update there are starting to fix the apartments up now. Thank God I hope they bring back security guards. To keep the bad people out and to keep it clean.
