A great place to call home! Sundrige is a great place to live. That's because of the management. When something needs to be fixed its done quickly and they keep the grounds nice. The manager is awesome no problem there.
Really good apartment complex we moved here recently and it’s amazing, there’s a lot of red wood trees on the property, kids play outside super nice, safe area, grocery store + gym right next door, big parking lot next door for guests, it has a pool and 2 laundry facilities. Maintenance is always there every day and when we broke a window moving in they called someone to fix it and they came in less than a week!
there's mold it's sad this place charging so much when it should just be torn down. There's mold no matter what you do, the paint is shoddy so if you try to clean the mold you will be taking half the wall paint off with it, poor insulation, no central heat or air conditioner, zero parking. I could go on but I think you get it
