Clean, quite, and peacful
This shit is so Nasty, I been talking to Veronica for few week so we can have apartment ready, when I went there she was not there even though she said she will be in office till 5 and I can come after 2, I went there around 3:00 PM, then next day I went and pay rent and deposit, then I went to check apartment, Apartment was dirty and not cleaned, even she said she is waiting for someone to instilled light fixture, even after 5 days its not installed, then walkway all full with bird poop the railing next to my apartment is f... read more
Office workers NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE BUT ARE ALWAYS IN THE OFFICE. CHARGES ON MY DAUGHTERS ACCOUNT SEEM QUITE UNREASONABLE. THESE FEES SHOULD BE LISTED IN THE LEASE AGREEMENT. LET THE FRONT OFFICE KNOW TO DO BETTER AT PICKING UP THE PHONE AND ACTUALLY OPENING THE OFFICE AT 8am. It’s ridiculous you have to go to office to get an issue resolved when they can just pick up the phone.
The rent is inconsistent. I thought we were paying $830 a month with additional charges for WiFi, water, sewer, and trash. It appears the rent increases every month and this past month was over $1000 for a 1 bedroom 1 bath unit. There’s rust, mold and roaches and not worth over $1000 a month. Cannot wait to get my daughter out of this apartment. I see all the other reviews of them making people pay extra fees when they move out for damages etc but this apartment was not in the best shape when she moved in. Can’t wait to see ... read more
