RecommendedThe manager has been very helpful since I have lived here. When I have needed something it was taken care quickly. The apartment is nice. I'm so glad I canhave my pets.
the safety and environment has totally went down hill since we've moved in 10 years ago. Their tenant selection sucks clearly. the property isn't worth the rent their constantly raising it to either. they took away security for budget reasons, now our postal worker got assaulted which means mail will not continue to be delivered. What will Sunridge do on their end? Nothing as usual.
They are liars. They will raise your rent, unwilling to fix anything, and very rude.
Tiny, overpriced and cold The sun-ridge apartments have to be the worst place to live in Casper. The apartments are incredibly small and the floor-plan is not laid out very well. My apartment couldn't have been more than 750 to 800 square feet and I was paying almost $900.00 a month. It's ridiculous. On top of the almost 900 I payed for month, utilities were outrageous because the windows will not hold in heat at all.
