booked in my roller door service been 5 weeks and no service no communication what so ever very disappointing will not be using in the future
Rang this company a few days ago - phone rang out - no message bank, no mobile contact nothing. So sent them an email and tried again the next day to phone them - same deal no answer or message bank and no response to my email. So today I have referred them to B and D saying you need to have better representatives for your brand in Mildura. Clearly customer service is well down their list of priority.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Looked after me with the price. Installation was spot on.
