Don’t use this company it’s a scam Technicians are (honest) liars and friendly, The company seemed to be on top of things and I would get phone calls of unavailable times and be able to reach people quickly. I was able to get someone to come to my house relatively quickly. Omar and Eric were considerate. I wish the company would keep more parts on hand as I need a new flame sensor and I had to wait three days to fix the system completely but I was able to still have heat the day of the first service. DO NOT USE THEM!!!! This group of people are pure scammers, the person Omar is really polite but unhelpful, I called them for a combi boiler repair, they were not able to resolve the issue yet they still charged me for $1000, they charge for $500/h laboring fee which is insane and all the parts they replace they will just charge you with a crazy amount as well. At the end, they were not able to resolve my problem even after replace the part, and they are telling me there are additional parts that need to be replaced and addi... read more
