Erich and julian came for my service call today and got my system running. Great service
My CAC compressor (motor and fan) broke. I called numerous companies and only SUNRAY was able come the SAME DAY. I needed to replace the compressor and even though it was a holiday week (July 4th), Craig and Melissa were able to order a new compressor and sent Omar and Julian to install it only 2 days after it was ordered. Omar and Julian did any amazing job. They arrived at 8AM and finished the job so that I could stay home and go to work later. Excellent! Omar fixed our problem quickly and was courteous and friendly!!!
Omar diagnosed that my compressor and fan were completely non functional. He tried everything to get them to work but unfortunately they wore out. Sunray was the only company to send a technician the same day to troubleshoot my issue. I highly recommend Sunray for your HVAC needs.
