I came in less than a week ago for a gel manicure which typically last me at least 2 weeks (sometimes longer). It’s been about 5 days and a few of my nails are already peeling/chipping. I think the coats done were too thick and the nail tech did many more than I was expecting which is causing them to peel so soon. I’m pretty gentle on my nails and didn’t do anything that would’ve caused them to chip. I had a nice experience though, the salon is clean and everyone is very kind.
