Great unique job – My tinted windows were just what I wanted and as dark as the law would allow! The customer service was terrificand much faster than I thought it could be. But the best part was the barbed wire trim that makes my pickup unique and just me. I've already had so many compliments on it and have steered everyone straight to Keller and Sunray! They have my business for life.
Poor quality and Poorer Customer Service – These people may be able to tint windows, but they couldn't even do a simple banner with text. We got our product late because it was farmed out to another shop. The quality looked like a 5 year old did the work on his grandmas computer and when we voiced our dis-satisfaction, my wife was treated like we were the ones who made all the mistakes and like we didn't spend enough money to make it worth their efforts. Our goal is to please every customer. We did inform the customer that it would be pililated because of the artwork that she gave us. She did not want to pay to have the graphic time to fix it. We offered the gift card as a type of discount on the services. The person writing this review is actually not the customer that we dealt with, so translation in the events would have to take place. BEST TINT & GRAPHIC SHOP IN TOWN – this is the best tint & graphic shop by far they treat you with respect they really make u feel welcome their work speaks of it self i would send anybody i know there to have work done on his/her vehickle. they have so much stuff to offer if u want something on your car they will make it for your car weather it takes extra wok or not they will go the extra mile for you.
