LOL!!! How can anyone think Sun Ray Apartments is a great place to live at!! Im just waiting for my lease to end, until then I have to put up with the staff and the maintance, which is true dont know what they are doing. My apartment is actully shifting and I have this huge crack in my wall. Yes its true that they turn off the water and dont let you know they are turning it off. Also the A/C never cools your apartment and you end up spending over \$100 in your electric bill b/c you are always trying to cool your apartment. I... read more
When you call the office stating you have a problem, dont bother. Because when the guys come check out your apartment they come up with these weird excuses of why this certain thing isnt working properly in your apartment. They basically dont know anything. Your better off fixing things your self. Also the show room apartment isnt anything like the real apartment you will be moving into. So ask them to show you the exact apartment you will be moving to, b/c its nothing like the setup apartment.

I live at this complex and I think the apartments are great. The lanscaping is awesome and the way it is set up, Makes you feel like your in the country.
Its a very nice community where ive lived for almost two years. The management always comes up with activities for all kids and adults... we not just live there but we all get together and have movie nights by the pool or picnics...its fun to get along with the neighbors.
