Sunquest has been managing our Hilton Head Island condo since 2020. Mike and his team have been great helping us find quality tenants. They are also great at notifying us of maintenance issues and helping us resolve them. There are several property management companies around Hilton Head and picking one can be confusing. After several years of having SunQuest manage our long term rental, I can highly recommend them for your property management needs.
When I moved to HHI, I was struggling to find the perfect place to live. Mike and the Sunquest team really showed up for me. Not only do they have great communication, they also show deep care and urgency for their tenants. Truly a 5 star service and experience! Thank you!

I do not suggest renting from this company! We rented a townhome for almost 2 years and gave notice and made sure to get approval before terminating our lease. Mike was extremely rude and unprofessional when it came to returning our security deposit. He never sent a move out check list but tried to claim we had not completed it. We cleaned the unit thoroughly besides behind the washer and dryer which is in a closet.
