The owners haven't paid the water bill in months even though they've been charging all their tenants their portions of the water bill. Now that the bill is in excess of 188K the City of Shreveport is shutting the water to the entire complex off and forcing all the tenants to move. Some of these people don't have anywhere else to go and will have to stay in homeless shelters. The people who own this place are the lowest of the low. No on site maintenance my drain stay stop up water in here been running over since 6:00 pm 11-30-2024 no one to call no office numbers nor is anyone to call this place going down and no one cares
