Just wanted to share that Melissa was absolutely wonderful to work with over these last few weeks! So responsive, emailed back right away. So refreshing to call and actually have someone pick up the phone and help. Successfully secured just the right apartment because of Melissa.
This is a very sad establishment. The property manager isn't a property manager. All she does is hire felons to work on both properties that she manages. Unlike my self I am not. She is the definition of Slum Lord. No communication nor prompt duties to fix anything. If you would like to go without a toilet for a week. This the place for you.
I did just want to add to the growing list of complaints about Billie. The way she handles her tenants is extremely cold. She is unwelcoming, rude, unprofessional, and tries to perform evictions outside of the law. Save your time and rent somewhere that cares about the families that live there!
