Kelly and Billie are the best property managers! And honestly, overall, Sunquest Apartments are just so lovely. The new renovations are beautiful and if there are any problems that pop up there is on-site maintenance 24/7! I'm so happy to be living here :) Perfect location two minutes from Beachside!
I was considering a place in there until I heard there is a very rude woman in there that tells everyone she is on the "landscape committee" . I'll look somewhere else.
I AM MORE THAN PLEASED!! Ms. Penny, the office manager assistant is amazing, she was very attentive throughout the process, which she made a very easy process, the apartment was finished in amazing timing, AND IT IS ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! The remodeling of the apartments look great. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a space to move to try these apartments.
Management is very nice. Beautiful atmosphere and maintenance is always on top of everything. I highly recommend experiencing Sunquest properties a a place to live if your looking.
