I was considering a place in there until I heard there is a very rude woman in there that tells everyone she is on the "landscape committee" . I'll look somewhere else.
I AM MORE THAN PLEASED!! Ms. Penny, the office manager assistant is amazing, she was very attentive throughout the process, which she made a very easy process, the apartment was finished in amazing timing, AND IT IS ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! The remodeling of the apartments look great. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a space to move to try these apartments.
Management is very nice. Beautiful atmosphere and maintenance is always on top of everything. I highly recommend experiencing Sunquest properties a a place to live if your looking.
Sunquest Apartments is a clean and lovely community. Well managed, and the neighbors reach out to help each other.. All maintenance issues are handled promptly by a kind maintenance man, Willie Affordable and conveniently located.
Sunquest apartments made my move nice and easy it wasn’t stressful at all going through them for my new home, they are very professional and kind, made sure my transition was smooth and answered any questions that I had in a timely manner. The apartment was true the the photos I saw online and was very nice and clean. I would recommend them to anyone trying to move with ease.
