I LOVE IT HERE !! I have been here nearly a year and just signed another years lease. Management along with all other employees have been wonderful. Quiet. Bugs. Well. This is Arizona. Keep everything tightly clean and you are good. They spray WAY MORE than any property I have ever experienced. They ARE on top of things here. I have yet to hear anyone too loud or busy. The roach problem is unfortunate but pest control comes frequently, and the staff support is responsive and kind. Called for plumbing maintenance in the late afternoon and got someone at my door in less than an hour and not only they fixed the issue I was having but they saw and fixed another issue I didn’t think they could do something about. Neighbors are cool. Not a bad spot for the lower end of the apt market.
Lived here a year. Friendly staff they take care of things in timely manner. Pools are clean. Apts small but price is reasonable. Overall I higher recommend.
