I meet the qualifications for my rent I know I do but because I didn't even get a last check stub for this month and yet they said I needed a cosigner that makes 4 times the rent which is completely messed up considering I don't have anything on my record this place is a waste of time do not try to go here they'll make you send it unnecessary paper work and still deny you I called back and asked them the re review my stubs and re open my application but never received a call back from this place DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE

Well I lived here for almost 2 years. I just want to say the bugs are bigger then my dog. Trust me not worth the cheep price. The building I was living in was taken over by the TPD squat team . Looking for a killer. It wasn't the roaches. Yah it made the news look it up. Oh they charge you for all the carpet and cleaning. So when you leave better have an extra 400 in the pocket. I have a pet pig. Does this apartment allow pets? I got tricked into buying it. It fit into a cup, unfortunately Melissa is 250 pounds now. ☹️
