DONT MOVE HERE!!! I was here less than a month. My neighbor was harassing me and the neighbor on his other side. He would try to kick open the door yelled obscenities and flipped me off whenever I went outside this would continue for 2 days. I got police reports and ask to move to another apartment. I was told there was nothing they could do. I felt unsafe and refused to stay. I packed my stuff and left. Oh and the reviews about the roaches are true. A
*Update: don't pay electronically. They will keep taking rent after you move out, even if you never authorize automatic payments. Legal action pending.* Low quality maintenance, toxic fumes in my apartment that sets off the smoke detector almost nightly, and killed all my houseplants. Water leaks from the apartment above me. The Entomologist they contract with is keeping the infestation active. Too bad since the location is perfect with walking distance from groceries and such. I meet the qualifications for my rent I know I do but because I didn't even get a last check stub for this month and yet they said I needed a cosigner that makes 4 times the rent which is completely messed up considering I don't have anything on my record this place is a waste of time do not try to go here they'll make you send it unnecessary paper work and still deny you I called back and asked them the re review my stubs and re open my application but never received a call back from this place DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE
