I have a pet pig. Does this apartment allow pets? I got tricked into buying it. It fit into a cup, unfortunately Melissa is 250 pounds now. ☹️
Is there a zero star??? Roaches and bad maintenance. Worse management staff. The laundry is broken or closed "for upgrades" that never seem to upgrade. The pool and fitness center are less than 50/50 and at this point are a waste of time and energy. The only real plan they seem to have is to send 100s of duplicate posts to rental sites that way they might be able to keep up with the people who leave and/or are evicted.
I recently moved into Pantano Crossing, and I'm happy I did. Clean, beautifully landscaped. Great pools. The laundry is always available. Pools are cleaned daily. The apartments are comfortable and quiet. Maintenance is prompt and professional. The office staff are welcoming and supportive.
So far so bad. I got a hole in the back of my fridge filled with cockroaches. I can’t cook without them coming out in the daylight no less. I think it was done purposely. Don’t move here. It might be cheap at first but it’s not. I pay more here than I would across the street. And management is nice at first until they’re not. And you will wake up with the site of cockroaches crawling around which is the only reason I left my other place, but at lease they had brand new sinks toilets and plumbing, this places plumbing toilets... read more
Lowest prices in Tucson. Friendly staff, especially all of the ladies in the front office. The studio apartment (which I live in) is perfect if you are single and have no children (like me)! Highly recommend moving in! They also offer larger apartments, all decently priced. There are 2 pools here, and one jacuzzi, which I love! One of the pools has a really cool light in it, kinda like the led lights, it switches from color to color. Pools are always very clean.
