Attention, ce sont des fraudeurs. Ils ont pris 3 fois un montant de plus de 3000 $ sur ma carte de crédit pour une transaction qui n’a jamais été complétée via le site d’une agence de voyage. Je dois maintenant contester les transactions. Tenez-vous loin.

If I could leave 0 stars I would!! Thank you so much sunquest for ruining our first family trip to a warm sunny destination!!! Thank you so very much for messing up my economy seats and putting me into ultra basic not even allowing me a carry on and now we have have 4 luggage’s to have to pay for there and back. Reimbursing me for only 2 checked bags! all I know is thank god I looked when I did and saw this or it would have been worse! Worst travel company I have ever dealt with. Refused to provide a refund due to COVID restrictions. Every time I tried to call to speak with someone the line would either go dead or the person I spoke with said they worked for a sister company and couldn't assist me. Do not ever book with Sunquest
