I wish it was possible to leave 0 stars for a review. Stay away from this company. Complete scam. They conned my elderly parents into getting solar panels over a year ago. They put initial panels up and have never returned since. Every month or so they get an email saying they are going to renew permit, but never do. They never respond to emails, texts or phone calls. Bad service, please don’t get there service please please
This company is the worst company that I've seen. I've been waiting for the last inspection for more that 4 month and still they still cannot give me an inspection date. The finance company has already began billing me and they lie constantly letting me know that they would reimburse me my payments. Which has been 3 months and I still have not received a penny from them. Do not use this company they are a bunch of liers and thieves.
Worst company ever. Do not I repeat do not use this company. They have the worst customer service ever. They said my panels would be up in January and it's end of April and they keep giving me the run around. I am already being billed for the panels and they aren't even running. Next step is contacting a lawyer companies like this shouldn't be in business.
This company is substandard. We have been trying to get our solar project up and running since June (7 mths). The different offices do not communicate well with each other. The electrician came out to work on a panel that was not installed yet. They keep failing permit inspections so my project is not moving forward. I have to continuously call my account rep, Ana to get updates on the progress and her response is always,"I'll look into it and call you back". She has never just called me back.
