I used to work for the company, very greedy and very unprofessional. I could never get warranty services for customers, shoot I could barely get installations on time. They have about a $20,000 profit added to the panels and their panels aren’t even the best on the market. What doesn’t sit well with me was they never reimbursed me for the mileage and gas for my vehicle. I wouldn’t recommend working for them much less double business with them. The VERY LAST Solar Company I would EVER recommend to ANYONE is ADT SOLAR. They are dishonest, unprofessional and without a doubt the WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH. When I purchased a solar contract it was with SunPro Solar, and for the first year or so my solar experience was wonderful. SunPro Solar reimbursed me (as per our contract) after the first year for the shortfall of electricity produced by my panels up to the amount they guaranteed, and told me to submit each future year for reimbursement. ADT SOLAR installed my system about 4 to 5 months ago and refuse to come out and fix my panels. I have called, sent emails and spent hours on the phone on hold trying to get someone out to fix my system this is uncalled for this is poor customer service customer beware once ADT solar get your money they do not care about you and all. If anyone knows of a good attorney that I can hire to get them to fix their problems I would greatly appreciate any emails. Not a good company. Always calling and it’s a recording what if there’s a problem with your system do you get a recording????
10 years ago I asked before purchasing what was the cost to remove panels for replacing roof I was told around 1000 dollars just got a quote of $7482.00
