Sunpower has has been the most excruciating business entity I have ever had to deal with. They have very poor communications system and in my case have failed to pay for extensive damage they did to my new tile roof. Its like playing wack a mole. No one takes accountability. They could not even pull a permit and failed to follow up to resolve the issue. I, the homeowner had to follow up with them. Not once, but three times. The story continues.
