Door to door soliciting, ignores no soliciting sign anyways.
please DO NOT do business with Sunpower Corporation. I had 15 solar panels installed. After 1 year 14 panels are NOT working. They should be covered under warranty- however 6 months later Sunpower has not fixed them. I call and am told someone will call me back- but no one ever does. They refuse to transfer call to management and they refuse to give case manager contact information. In addition- the case manager does NOT call back. This has been going on for 6 months. This is by far the worst company that I have ever invested in. Not only did they take longer to install my solar panels then what they promised, Now come to find out months later they're not working properly because fifteen light-years put them on the wrong spot of my roof so it's not getting the optimal sun that it should be getting for me to be saving money.
