I’ve had nothing but confusion and problems with this company. I’ve been told several different stories on replacement and update of my solar unit. Each time someone is sent to my home only to leave and tell me someone else will be coming to replace the unit. Then they cancelled a scheduled appointment and later sent a technician out who claimed he couldn’t replace the unit because he didn’t have the proper tools. Been having issues with my panels the last 3 months. Customer service never picks up. They keep me on hold for over 3 hours
Absolutely the worst customer service I have seen in my life. and I have seen some bad customer service. For a basic task such as activation, i have tried calling them 5 times a week, each time spending 2 hours behind the line. and when they pick up, they send you to the "appropriate" department for another 2 hour hold. Their app is the worst I have seen. No ability to contact anyone or open cases etc. I would stay away from them at all costs.
This company service is horrible. Especially when you report system issues.
