Shout out to the team of Zack, Mason, and Shawn for their courtesy, professional, honesty and prompt responses to my issue with the microinverter. One of a few companies out there that are still helping their orphaned Sunpower customers with a very honest and fair service fee. I’m sure will come back when I need to service and upgrade my system in the future.
Fast, reliable and competively priced - I would not only recommend them I look forward to working with them again as we expand. At first I was a little apprehensive having read some bad reviews below. Then it occurred to me that most of these reviews are related to *SunPower* - a former solar panel manufacturer that went bankrupt - NOT Sun Solar OC. This company is terrible!!!When you try to contact them to solve your solar panel issue, you can only wait to be transferred — but you’ll never actually get connected. You just keep waiting for a response that will never come. Don’t expect anything, because you’ll be waiting forever — you’ll never get a reply. They’ll tell you, “We’re fully booked, but we’ll do our best to schedule an appointment for you,” and then they’ll just disappear! WTH!
