Ed Olsen is best and most friendly sales rep I ever worked with. We chose Empower over Solar city for two systems;one in my Roslyn Flower Hill house and one for my parent's house in Glen Cove. The staffs are professional, friendly and very easy to work with. From Alexandra who handled all the admin work to the installation crew, we had a great experience and would highly recommend them to anyone. The crew even help my parents shoveled the snow off their roof.
My solar system has been up a week. Loving it so far. PV Supervisor was defective (it worked when installed, they did check), they replaced it quickly! I went with Sunpower panels. I had my mind set on them already. I found Empower on the manufacturer website as well as a few other dealers. Choose empower and happy I did so far.
From start to finish, one of the best companies we have had the privilege to work with. From the initial consultation with the sales person, to the project manager who guided us through the entire process, and to the "gentlemen" working on the installation processes who were extremely polite, clean, and trustworthy. By far one of the best decisions we have made as homeowners.
EmPower that the most professional and nicest staff ever! From the sales team to the installation team, they are second to none. The team who installed our system was extremely courteous & nice! They were a pleasure to have around our home. We installed our 9kW system in September and we are amazed at the amount of electricity we are producing. I would recommend EmPower to anyone who is thinking of installing solar! Thank you!!!

Empower is the way to go 'very professional staff from inception to completion. They installed my 13.5KW sytem May 2013 and has exceeded my expectations . I have producing more power than i consume every month with the exception of Feb. because of all the snow we had this year .I've been paying only for basic conection fee which is about $12.00 per month, next moth PSEG will be sending me a check for the surplus power i put back into the grid. Waiting to see how much $$$$ they owe me !
