Their response time or lack there of completely clearly shows POOR PERFORMANCE. I WILL NOT BE USING THIS COMPANY AND SUGGEST ALL OTHER TO REALLY CONSIDER WHEN CHOOSING A SOLAR PROVIDER
Over a year ago I tried calling them for some information and some concerns I have with my PV unit. No one answered the phone. Months passed and now they do answer the phone. And now fast forward and they don't resolve my issue. I called on March 26, April 8, May 9, June 3, June 12 and I will try again tomorrow but no one has returned my calls to resolve my issue. Why not five stars ECO Solar and Chris have produced, designed and maintenance our solar system with professional acuteness, as well as promptly answering issues that have occurred. Like to leave wiggle room in the future to further offer satisfaction to how we’ve been treated as customers so far. Nothing is perfect but excellence abounds.
Top notch installation. Clean up is very important to them. Very conscientious about homeowners property and belongings. Kirby is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Would recommend to homeowners and businesses.
