The townhomes themselves are nice and the neighborhood is generally quiet, but my experience has been ruined by management’s failure to address a serious noise problem. My neighbors constantly bang, stomp, and slam into shared walls for hours at a time, often during the day. I work third shift, so this prevents me from sleeping and functioning normally. Sunpoint townhomes is one of the best community in the area. I lived there for 2 years and had an excellent experience. Besty and Linda are very friendly and professional. They made moving in and moving out very easy. They did not scam us out of security deposit. Maintenance is incredible. They always responded in a reasonable manner. The head maintenance guy Dave is amazing. I was very sad to leave the community. I only left because my roommate was moving out. I would recommend sunpoint to anyone.
This is the worst management, I never meet they don’t respect people and they listen when it comes to a situation plus they don’t care about kids, don’t bring your family there.
Whew. Linda "the leasing agent" is a piece of work. I can understand where the other comments are coming from with how rude and unprofessional she is. She hung up in my face because she didn't like my question, in which I was totally curious as to why the 3 bedroom apartment was cheaper than the 2 bedroom. Continued to talk over me and was COMPLETELY DISRESPECTFUL. if this what I would have to look forward to when renting a property there, I dodge a bullet!
