Whew. Linda "the leasing agent" is a piece of work. I can understand where the other comments are coming from with how rude and unprofessional she is. She hung up in my face because she didn't like my question, in which I was totally curious as to why the 3 bedroom apartment was cheaper than the 2 bedroom. I always feel as if the staff is so courteous and they always have a smile on their face when you walk in the door. To make you feel welcome thank you so much Sunpointe staff.
Mrs Linda is so sweet she will go above and beyond to take care of you and make you feel at home . She is truly a blessing .
We had a great 6+ years here! I cannot say enough about how thorough and amazing Betsy Patterson is as the property manager. There is nothing she would not do for you to make everything right. Our maintenance guy Dave was always there when we needed him. Thank you both for all you do!
I spoke to the leasing agent who thinks she works for some fortune 500 company I asked her what was available for a two bedroom. I asked her what was included in the rent and she was nasty and rude. She hung up. She says you’re taking my time and I don’t I’m gonna hang up this, this is what is wrong with our society is people like this that have no manners no professionalism they most likely have a GED they haven’t gone to college and then these rental corporations put airheads like this.
