RecommendedIf you're looking for a small, starter apartment or something to just do you in, this is the place. I can't believe that I ever found it, and I love it here. Maintenance gets here when asked and scheduled, the wildlife is GORGEOUS (I saw an otter in the pond yesterday!) and everything is so peaceful. It's conveniently located around a bazillion stores and not too far off from 19 to get to everything else.
The people are awesome that work here apartment is small ,but I like it . Convenient to stores ,and right on bus route so good location.
I left Sunpointe Place in 2013~after living there for 5 years~n~14 FLOODS...I lived in Bld B... If you decide to live there sleep with a life vest on...SERIOUSLY!!
I've lived at Sunpointe for 3 years. The first year, the water would get shut off for hours, the second year was termites and new roofing. This past year it's been hot water, will it work when you need it? My new tankless gas hot water heater randomly shuts off. I've had over 20 maintenance calls on it. I waited over 6 hours on a Saturday for maintenance to come reset it. The warranty expired and management does not see a permanent solution as a priority.
