Barely moved in July 18 been a month since moved in roaches infestation no has came out to spray as requested ridiculous has already alot of issues with my apartment since moved in

These apartments are the worse I don’t recommend these apartments and I moved in November of 2024, I been here for 7 months now and when we first moved in there was a lot of roaches like these apartments are infested and Its really hard to get rid of the bugs, I can’t even buy any furniture I refuse to bring anything into these apartments, I even had someone come out and spray every Tuesday which the spraying is not working anymore and now it’s to the point I have to have someone come in to bug bomb my unit and my lease is u... read more
I've been living in the sunpoint apartments for 10 years and I love it it's a quiet community the staff and managers are really nice they complete all my work orders no complaints here I love my apartment it's beautiful
Their really helpful and work with me As long I communicate with them very nice 2bed
