It was very unpleasant, I am small, the chair did not fit, it is a static chair that has no wheels. The screen did not adjust either and I had to do the exam uncomfortable, with my neck stretched upwards because the screen was in the direction of the ceiling, it was very unpleasant I wanted to finish and run out of the place. I like the location, but they need to invest in comfort and update the furniture for customers, such as chairs and screens.

Went for a test and the experience was not good. There was many unsettling details such as sharing the whole room with other ppl, the monitor resolution was hurting my eyes, ppl just make noise and having people sitting around is weird on high stake tests, also their internet went out causing to completely lose focus during the test and was worried it could happen again throughout. Received a call regarding a 12 month Cerner assignment, after a lengthily conversation, the recruiter ask me to give him my ssn #, I declined and explained I would share the ssn# when an offer was extended, confirmed and signed. The recruiter hung up!!!!! What does that tell applicants? Beware of this recruiting firm, I wasn't giving my ssn# to a stranger, especially over the phone, yeah!, sure. JOKE!

I recently took my OCSMP exam at this test center, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The center was exceptionally clean and quiet, creating an ideal environment for concentration. The staff was professional and helpful, ensuring a smooth testing process. I would highly recommend this test center to anyone in need of a reliable and comfortable place to take their exams.
