I was walking down the roads, looking at all the units for sale and this very large, very angry German/strong accent man, with no shirt on came outside as we (my little dog and I) were looking at the park. He was screaming at me, called me racial names and was following me (very slowly) saying he was going to call the police on me. I was planning on buying one of these units but not now! The quality of life has diminished significantly. Poor management. Security is poor
Horrible place to live, owners of the park are in Toronto and don't care about the residents. Every year they raise the rent. Don't move here.
Can hardly wait until they bulldoze this place and get real homes setup. It's an eyesore in the neighborhood that's rapidly developing around the place. Hopefully they jackup the pad rents so high its cheaper just to go rent a real home.
Its getting way to expensive to live here. Its completely outrageous.
