Management is hardly ever there. I have been dealing with a leaking AC down where the filter goes. My dishwasher is leaking. My oven door needs a new rubber gasket that fits around the oven door that's keeps the heat in. My door needs fixed I have sand coming in my apartment I'm having to dig sand out of my eyes eating sand with my meals it's affecting mine and my brothers breathing. It has been always be little things but here for the last couple of months, it seems like there is no one ever in the office. Packages can’t get delivered bc there is never anyone there. People just open their front doors and let their dogs run loose. And do not clean up after them. We receive a notice stating all the changes that are happening but yet nothing has been followed through on it. People are allowing there children to go to the pool without adults and use life preserver incorrectly.
Staff is always leaving at random times for “lunch” almost never there on Saturday when office hours on building and when you call says open. Apartment is “upgraded” but upon move in 6 things one being AC needed fixed. Pool always dirty. How hard is it to put the vacuum in that does the work for you? Dogs run loose all over the place. There are roaches. I’ve never seen pest control come yet I’m paying for it??!!! Moved out will never rent there again
