Diana our property manager really does care about my family and I. She has showed us great hospitality and communicated anytime we needed her help. I’ve lived in several apartments and never met a property manager that cared like she does. In the past, many property managers have ignored my concerns, but Diana is always responsive and quick to solve our problems.
I appreciate Diana, our manager. She works very hard here. She's pleasant to work with. She addresses any problems immediately. If there is a maintenance request it's taken care immediately. The apartments are clean. The apartments are reasonable in price, compared to other apartments in the area and in Salem. I enjoy my apartment here at Veri. I plan on being here for a long time.
Diana is an amazing resident manager she always answers and is promt when I need something fixed I live in apt 319
I love living here. I have lived here for 5+ years. But they charge a $10 fee to use their online portal to make your rent payment, unlike other apartments. Also I go thru housing & our rent is no different than others even though we have to pay separately our water & garbage. Also they charge way higher for water & garbage than other places according to housing. Other than that, the place is well kept even though tenants don't pick up after their pets. We moved in about a week ago, and have had the best experience!! The property manager it's amazing to work with, the property is clean, and the neighbors are exceptional. We love it!
