Excellent place to live. Very nice beautifully renovated apartments with full size washers and dryers in every unit.. Great value, safe neighborhood, good location in Salem OR.
I would have rated a lot higher a year ago, but now that the managers have retired, things don't run as smoothly and it has been one thing after another from notices constantly on my door (5 in 2 weeks), a rent increase, to the substitute manager yelling across the parking lot at someone for not having their very well mannered dog on a leash. I work at night, last thing I want is to be woke up with needless shouting. There are cars being stolen, apartments robbed while occupied at night, homeless in the dumpsters constantly ... read more
New ownership (veri) is rude and invasive to tenet's. And plan on jumping rent prices up considerably. The apartment units themselves aren't bad and good in design
