Absolutely terrible service! I have been trying to get in touch with the manager for WEEKS to speak about problems that have come up because I was on military orders in another state. They're doing everything they can to avoid me and rack up more charges after my lease has ended because I couldn't put in a 30 day notice, that they only take delivered to them in person, while in freaking Virginia. I tried to do a phone notice, and was denied. There is no format to do one online. So they're requiring me to teleport or go AWOL?... read more

There are drug deals all over this place. Told cops and Security they could care less. Ac breaks down all the time and takes forever to get fixed. It's June 90 outside 110 inside. Been four days and counting. Last time it took them six months.

We think this place is good and the office staff is great. Our apartment is large and lots of room to cook and entertain. I would recomend that you ask about the pet restrictions first otherwise they are not flexable. We have a great renovated apartment and everything is new and working. Its a quiet complex compaired to most.
